For what reason (s) was this department/service created at Nubios?

This desire was born from a desire to diversify Nubios' services, to offer a certain synergy with our other services and to provide a “product” dimension that we would be the sponsors of.

In this line and serving these new objectives, we created our first product in-house. We are now planning to create a second product in potential partnership with other companies.

What does the incubation of a project consist of?

Incubation, according to our definition, is the action of providing a project with a network and various resources (financial, human and/or technological) to start a project quickly, on a good basis with support.

In the case of Nubios more specifically, when a project acquires maturity and becomes economically viable, it then leaves the incubator and becomes a startup in its own right. This process can take anywhere from a few months to a few years.

Why open up to external partnerships?

The underlying idea of starting new projects in partnership with other actors: to go faster, to put more energy into it more quickly, to start more projects and to focus on our various areas of expertise.
