In the logistics sector, the digitalization of logistics flows has become essential for maintaining business growth and development. To realize the complete modeling of logistics flows, we carried out a technical analysis thorough. In order to visualize in a concrete way the business flow within the various applications, we created wireframes with particular attention toUX and UI design. These functional models allowed us to validate with our client all of his expectations and to ensure the technical feasibility of the various applications to be implemented. In addition, we also shared these wireframes with end users (deliverers, sorters, etc.) in order to confirm their understanding of their future work tool.
