Vivatech competition terms and conditions
“VivaTech 2025 Competition — Win a free prototype”
1. Organizer of the competition
The competition is organized by Nubios, a computer engineering office based in Belgium, specializing in the development of custom software, AI solutions, and IT consultancy.

2. Purpose of the competition
The aim of the competition is to select an innovative project submitted via an online form, for which Nubios will produce a software prototype or a functional demo (web, mobile, AI) free of charge.
3. Conditions of participation
Participation is open to any adult, owner of a technological project (individual, startup, SME, etc.), visiting the VivaTech 2025 exhibition or accessing the participation link distributed by Nubios.
Participation is free and there is no obligation to purchase.
To be valid, the participation must include:
A form completed in its entirety or in sufficient detail,
A valid email address,
The explicit acceptance of these general conditions.
4. Duration of the competition
The competition is open from June 11 to June 14, 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
5. Selection of the winning project
The winning project will be selected at the end of the competition by an internal Nubios jury composed of engineers, designers and product managers.
Selection criteria include (but are not limited to):
The originality and the interest of the project,
The clarity of the problem and the needs,
The impact potential of the prototype,
Technical feasibility within a reasonable period of time.
The decision of the jury is sovereign and cannot be subject to any appeal.
6. Endowment/Price
The winner will benefit from the free production of a functional prototype or a proof of concept, carried out by Nubios, based on the elements described in the form.
This prototype:
Does not constitute a finalized product or a marketing commitment,
Will be delivered in a format determined in agreement with the winner (e.g. interactive model, demo app, back-end with API, etc.),
May be freely used by the participant, except in the case of content under third-party intellectual property.
The indicative value of the work offered is estimated between €3,000 and €10,000 excluding VAT, depending on the scope.
7. Participant commitments
The participant guarantees that:
He is the owner of the necessary rights to the idea or concept presented,
The content provided is exempt from third party rights (texts, visuals, files),
He authorizes Nubios to analyze his project as part of the competition, while respecting confidentiality.
8. Intellectual property
The participant remains fully the owner of his idea.
The prototype produced remains the property of Nubios until complete delivery to the participant.
No transfer or commercial exploitation is planned without the written agreement of both parties.
9. Responsibility
Nubios cannot be held responsible in case of:
Of erroneous information provided by the participants,
Technical difficulties when sending the form,
Cancellation or modification of the competition due to force majeure.
10. Protection of personal data
The data collected is used exclusively for the study of projects and the establishment of contact with the participants.
No data will be transferred to third parties without explicit consent.
In accordance with the RGPD, participants have the right to access, rectify or delete their data, by writing to: info@nubios.be.
11. Acceptance of the rules
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
Nubios reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances require it.
