Context
As part of a strategic project for ETNIC (public sector), NSI needed to strengthen its team in order to meet tight deadlines and guarantee the quality of delivery. The objective: to develop a budgetary envelope dedicated to recruitment, with a system of approvals by several internal departments.
Our mission
Nubios intervened in Team as a Service mode, by providing:
- 1 front-end developer
- 2 back-end developers
- 1 team lead (assured by Cédric, director of Nubios)
This team collaborated directly with NSI developers, analysts and project managers, in a logic of integrated co-development.
Technical challenges
- Interfacing with several ETNIC services, including Cerberus for authentication.
- Connections with various internal services via REST calls.
- Specific protocols to cover cybersecurity risks.
Result
The project was delivered in less than 3 months, respecting the deadlines and functional requirements of ETNIC, while demonstrating the effectiveness of a mixed Nubios—NSI team.
Added value
This mission illustrates the ability of Nubios to quickly integrate into an existing team, to assume technical and leadership roles, and to contribute to the success of a complex public sector project.
